    Food has potential, but the service needs an overhaul!. My girlfriend and I ordered a burger each. Mine was with everything on the 1/3lbs burger and hers was the 1/4lbs burger with extra pickles. When we received the burgers we got our orders correctly, but that was after I picked some toppings off of mine and her the same and we swapped.Mistakes happen and I understand that, but the two gentlemen sitting next to me got their burgers and called them back over to state theirs were not correct either.The owners were the ones called over about the mistake and decided that was a good time to yell back into the kitchen to blame the cook, when the other owner yelled out she probably wrote it down wrong. Wrong time and wrong place to be correcting staff, especially when one of the owners is to blame.As for the burger itself, it could be good, but was only okay. They actually make the patties beforehand and not from a frozen one. However, besides that it lacked a lot of flavor. It did come with some sauce, but I ended up adding a lot of condiments to give it some flavor. The fries I received were of good quality and nice and hot! However, like the burger had no seasoning to them, just a little salt please! Lastly I was informed they did not take credit/debit cards, but had an ATM in the building the charges $2.00. I usually do not keep cash on hand, but was hungry so I ponied up the dough.On the plus side I did enjoy their shake!

    Great food but horrible customer service. The person taking our order was on the phone at the same time as we were talking. And the person in the back had her phone on her shoulder as she made our food and never washed her hands. AWFUL. I will never eat here again.

    YUMMMMMY!. One of the best burgers, ever!We’ve always been a fan since we’ve tried this place. The burgers are consistently good, great portions, reasonable prices.The milkshakes are to die for!!!We went for another visit yesterday and again, they were great. I decided to try something different and chose a patty melt. The owner even came to my table to ask if there was anything they could do, if I wanted extra toppings or such. He said he’d vamp it up for me. It was probably the best patty melt I’ve ever had! I was so impressed with the owner coming around and checking. Our food was served in such a short time, as well.

    Going Down Hill. I used to love the place. It seems to be going to down hill fast. I am wondering if there is new owners. I don’t eat there any more and I noticed when I am getting gas that the parking lot isn’t busy at all any more. It is sad to see a good place lose it like this.

    Delicious food but every time I go I get terrible service, the people who work there barely speak english and I just feel generally unwelcome.

    Just ok…. Been there a few times and just have not been impressed. The last couple times the food just wasn’t that great and haven’t been back since. First time I visited I loved the fries but progressively the fries got worse as did the food and service.

    Horrible service!. I used to love their french fries, but the last time I went through the drive thru the service was so bad! I’m never going back. Me and my mom pulled up to the drive thru and ordered, then pulled around to the pick up window. We literally sat there for 20-30 minutes! And there was no one else in line and hardly anyone inside! My mom finally knocked on the window and this annoyed looking young woman came up and handed us our fries that had been sitting on the counter all that time. They were cold of course, so my mom complained. She acted like we were being rude, and so called the manager. The manager offered to make us a new batch, but we just got a refund.
