Fantastic brunch, but get there earky, there is a wait! Delicious coffee, good portions of yummy food. Space is a little tight but it is a cute, fun place.

Busick Court has been around Salem for ages so I thought it was time to give it a try. I came here for breakfast with some friends today and had a pretty decent meal. I ordered an omelette that came with potatoes and while it was good, it wasn’t great. Personally, I think Salem has much better breakfast options that I would much rather go to than here (Word of Mouth or Original Pancake House, for example). Again, it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t anything that would make me excited to go back again.

I miss this place!! Lived in Salem for 10 yes, and about 4 yes ago moved back up to metro area. Best breakfast in town hands down, and yum lunch. Expect to wait for a table in this spot, but then you’ll get great service, hot food, and comfort happy feeling when you leave.

Serves the classic American breakfast. Small space with large windows, friendly waitstaff, and overall a good atmosphere. I built my own omelette that came in a timely manner. Great place for brunch. imriche.com

Return Trip and Still Satisfied. So after a nice meal and a good review, I have returned to this establishment on several occasions and found the food to be well prepared and have prompt service. Unless I discover another restaurant that does it better (and does not have a line out the door all day …WOM), this is my breakfast joint in Salem! This last time I got waffles with a berry compote on top and it was a tasty sugary mess! The waffles were thick and chewy. I enjoyed them and only could have enjoyed them more if they had a bit more crispiness on the outside. Overall very satisfied. My only complaint about this location is navigating through the restaurant. They definitely go for maximum seating and you find yourself sliding along someone’s back just to get in and out from your table.17 Mar, 2015Could not ask for much more. It is always hard to rate a place’s service based on only one visit because it can vary widely due to staffing and who was hired. However, the young lady we had was amazing. She welcomed us with a warm smile, was quick with our order and food, and was there to fill my coffee on a regular basis. The food itself was very good. I ordered biscuits and gravy AND french toast with a blueberry sauce with bannanas. The girlfriend ordered one of their many specialty omelets. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good. I’m more of a traditionalist when it comes to B&G (bacon grease, milk, butter, flour), however a lot of places try to flavor it up. I am always willing to try, but I find many just use a chicken or beef broth to do it and I am not wild about it. One thing I like is they manage to make it creamy with what I guess is sour cream. Overall the B&G were still good, but not my favorite. The french toast with blueberry sauce and bananas on the other hand were awesome. The french toast is covered in corn flakes, which give it a nice texture. The blueberry sauce is nice and thick and compliments the toast well. Add in the bananas and it is an amazing dish.Overall a good place. A little cramped like many little breakfast diners, but the service was good as was the food!

It Really is Great!. Had a friend bragging about how good the Biscuits and Gravy are. I though what a NUT!. How can biscuits and gravy be better than any place else?! Go in and find out! The BEST Every. You will agree. Great service too!

Tiny restaurant, terrible service, timeliness or a smile not included with your meal. Don’t go to the bathroom because it will scare you when you see who is preparing your food…..
