Their newest dinner menu has recently been released, and it is amazing! I had a tough time deciding what to order, even with their dinner special options they had for the evening! Luckily the bartender had some personal favorites to suggest, which helped narrow it down! I can’t wait to eat my way through this menu!18 Mar, 2012Best happy hour in town, Kody is a wonderful bartender, always provides exceptional service. They have a great wine selection. You are certain to find something for your likings. On their dinner menu they offer an outstanding caprese salad made with buratta cheese, much better then your typical mozeralla. In the summer time it’s made with delicious over sized heirloom tomatoes. They have the best filet! Cooked at medium rare you can cut it with a butter knife and nearly melts in your mouth. One thing I really enjoy is the local farms and wineries that provide their products to them!

Our favorite for Italian food!. This is the best place for Italian food in Salem… plus they have a very nice ambience, wine list, full bar, and service. We recommend their delicious food… it’s a great place to meet friends!

Mmmmm Pork Belly…. My girlfriend and I had a delightful evening here Friday night. There was a short wait for tables so we chose to sit at the bar which proved to be enjoyable. As we perused the menu we observed the drinks being made. The bartender was understandably busy but after a short while and some suggestions from her we placed our orders. Some folks would save the best for last but the Pork Belly appetizer was the star tonight. A small serving for $10 yes, but worth every delicious penny! I ordered Calamari Steak which was quite tender and mildy flavored. She had the Lamb Loin cooked perfectly with just the hint of mint. Both very good. I accompanied my meal with a refreshing Elderberry Press. A highly recomended Tiramisu concluded our decadent experience. The perfect balance of cake, coffee & cream. I can’t think of anything this evening that remotely detracted from our dining experience. Our bartender was top notch. She was informative but not intrusive. The decor is classy. They burn real candles. In fact the bottles at the bar had tea lights flickering behind them creating some cool color/light play. I thoroughly enjoyed it here. We actually dicussed going back Saturday with friends as they are on the verge of changing to the spring menu.I’m sure we’ll be back before too long.

Worst Service Ever, Minus 4 Stars. Not Kidding.. I’ve never had such lousy service in my life. This was my second visit, and if the first wasn’t bad enough, the second took over by a landslide. No refills on my coffee, fifteen minutes until they took my order, I get my food and it wasn’t even that great. $23 plate, and they weren’t even that busy. I was really disappointed and will NOT be recommending them to anyone, which is a shame, because I’m a photographer and looking to attract more people into the Willamette Valley/Salem-Keizer area.

Terribly disappointed. We arrive at 7:30pm restaurant was not overly busy seated in the alcove we anticipate service agreeable to the atmosphere. Waitstaff was short, curt, and the first of many disappointments. The wine was a short pour, two prawns and a scallop does not no take a seafood fettichini, the ravolis were tough as if heated by microwave, the menu insinuated the rav’s were stuffed with asparagus wrong the meals were cold the wait staff did not offer condiments and twice we needed to ask for a second short pour. It’s a shame that this establishment represents Salem. Spaghetti O’s out of a can would do a better meal.
