Don’t bother. Food was greasy and overpriced. Bartender was inattentive and rude. Food took way to long to arrive. Drinks were expensive and weak. Denny’s is better.
Terrible…We give up. We used to go here on weekends for breakfast, and it was always packed..and food was good and reasonably priced…that all has changed since new owners took over about 1 year ago, this place has become pretty bad….ordered a bloody mary w/ salt, and the owner dumps a bunch of table salt into the actual drink, instead of putting it on rim of glass…wtf? I asked to have the music turned on, instead of turning on ‘house’ music, they turned jukebox power on, then said ‘go ahead, it’s ready’…whatever…so i put 5.00 into it, and the speakers in main dining area were not on, so i asked, and they said it would offend the 3 homeless looking regulars sitting at the bar(drinking coffee, with no food ordered)…as they were watching some dumbass tv show/comedy, with tv cranked up very loud…sorry, but when i go to a bar, the last thing i wanna hear is an old episode of Three’s Company ! …. MUSIC IS A MUST ! Go to any fun bar, and guess what? … They have music ! Service is terrible, place is scary dirty, and any bar owner that thinks loud tv episodes of Three’s Company is good atmosphere, just doesn’t get it…I’m surprised they’re still in business…save your money, go to Johnny’s / Nobles/ anywhere….just not Half Time.
Blah Nachos. We went to the Half Time bar after a class. We both ordered a blue moon on tap, warm and foamy and not an orange slice in sight. We got hungry and ordered the $7 nachos’. The beef was just fried up ground beef no seasoning at all, salsa, a dab of sour cream, stale chips and some tomato’s. Would of rather ate at Mcy D’s, just saying. Service was mediocre at best. Time to re-evaluate and start again.
Do not go here. Since this establishment has changed hands it has gone way down hill. The lady bartender is flakey and rude. The food has become below mediocre level. Whoever purchased this place has no clue about tasty food and customer service. They have lost a customer and I will spread the word. It was much better before.
The new owners have done it right! Great atmosphere, good food (big portions) and great prices. Local friendly feel when you go in. Love it!
Had an episode with restaurant….very, very, very unhappy with service. Dishonest and unwilling to follow through.
Food was great my bf got the double burger and it was huge. I got the rout 51 mushrooms roasted peppers and spinach with fresh mozarella sandwich yummy! Service is slow, very slow so make sure you’re not on a time crunch when you come
