Not top quality sushi, but decent, quick, and inexpensive. I’m a sushi snob. I love the stuff. The sushi they have there is by no means great, but if you’re craving the stuff and in a hurry, it is a good spot. Its the type with the belt that feeds inside the bar and you grab what you want. I did make a request for salmon nigiri and had it within 10 minutes. Not wonderful, but not bad

Hostess refused service to my wife and I because we sat at a table for 4 while we waited for our 2 friends to arrive. Extremely rude from the moment we entered the from door. We never even got to taste the food.

Family discrimination. Dear friends, my family and i have supported this business since it opened. today we were treated like dirt because my two young daughters brought in two small cheeseburgers into their business. they asked us to leave and were rude about it, in front of other customers. first of all, 97% of kids in america dont eat or like sushi, therefore they should have a kids menu so our children can enjoy their restaurant too before they decide to humiliate a family by asking them to leave! i felt discriminated for having children. their business is very slow now and we wonder why. we dont need rude owners like ( miguro ) operating in salem and discriminating our hard working citizens! families beware!!!

Very Good. I tried O’Sushi for the first time today and came away pleased. The belt fare seemed oddly similar to Sushi Kyo by their menu was excellent. They prepared the menu items quickly and they were delicious. The prices are excellent! $1.75 for any plate on the belt is hard to beat. The service was efficient and friendly, but there was a lot of running which didn’t help create a relaxed atmosphere. Noble to be fast and efficient, but it seemed fairly unnecessary.Despite that, I was quite happy with O’Sushi and will definitely return soon.

Best track place in town. I’ve visited Sushi Kyo many times through the years, fully acknowledging it wasn’t anywhere near the quality of Momiji’s or other places. But because of the track format, you can get right in and eat right away, which is ideal when you’re on a schedule. But after today’s trip to O’Sushi, I have a new go-to option. For starters, all plates are the same price: $1.75. I think that on average, this works out to a similar total as the other conveyor places, but it simplifies the math. A second advantage – the selection. I would say they have 50% more options floating around the conveyor at any given time. Finally, the taste/feel of the nigiri meats is better. I recommend this place for decent value sushi.
