Unfortunately our food was custom (added pepperoni to the calzone) and took 45 minutes to get to us so we had to get it to go. Very disappointed.So I’m editing my review because though we were told our food was coming out, they brought out and gave us the wrong tables food and said our food isn’t completed yet. And to make matters worse, we had been there 20 minutes longer than the table of 6 whose food they tried to give us. When we said we couldn’t stay any longer because we had an appointment she said they were sorry and that the food would be ready shortly. She said she would talk to the manager who didn’t seem too concerned so we left. I was gonna give them a 3 but after the end result I am cash grab by it to a 1.5.

I was seated before 6:30 and did not leave till after 8:00 and we had them give us our complimentary dessert to go.Hopefully, it was a bad night or just a bad server, but this was a horrible night eating out. Each time our server came out and asked what we wanted he would bring back the wrong stuff. First our drinks, he forgot two of them and one was the wrong one altogether. Second time back, he still forgets a drink.Soups and salads – brings out one salad with the wrong dressing and forgets one. Soups brings out a wrong soup.Then the worst part. After waiting an hour, I went to locate our server because we hadn’t seen him in some time. I find him leaning against a wall. I tell him it has been an hour. He tells me they are going as fast as they can.A while after that he brings out MOST of the food and tells us some other server took our meals. I would have been understanding, if at the time it had happened he had explained that instead of ignoring us, but that is what he chose to do. When I confronted him about the hour, he tells me they are going as fast as they can.I never was asked for a refill on my drink and drank water for the rest of my meal. Everyone’s noodles were cold. When he asked us what we wanted for our dessert we asked for it to go.Guess what? He forgot one! He carries a pad and pen and never uses it! In the end, there was no attempt to make it up to us, just was handed a bill. The food itself was decent, but after that experience, I think it unlikely I will return!
Absolutely Terrible. We were a party of 6 . Everyone was disapointed in their Meals. The spagetti w/meatsauce was just terrible . The chicken Parmisan was actually little dried out chicken nuggets no cheese at all . Olive Garden is 10x better quality if that gives any idea how terrible it really was.
DON’T ORDER TAKE-OUT!!!!. My husband and I have been here several times and LOVED it BUT then we ordered take-out tonight. He ordered the Cajun chicken fettucini which he said tasted like they poured half a jar of salt on and the chicken he ended up feeding to the dog. I ordered the chicken fettucini with a side of sauteed mushrooms. I could only eat a quarter of it. The mushrooms were completely burnt! We ordered bread including an extra loaf and when we got home…NO BREAD AT ALL but they gave us butter…you know, for the bread THAT WE DIDN’T GET! The ONLY thing that they got right was the salad. Yeah, not too hard to grab a handful of pre-made salad out of a bag and put it in a styrofoam box. Seriously I am so steamed. To think that we paid good money for this crappy food which I NEVER thought would happen because it has always been so good when we were there. I should have known better since the gal behind the counter was more interested in flirting with a boy that came in and to think that I even tipped them! Ok, my stupidity because they certainly didn’t deserve it. Never again and if you are smart and read other reviews, you won’t go there either!
Bob S.. We had dinner last night and I was really disappointed . I usually just have their spaghetti and meatballs, but I decided to try the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine . What a mistake. It was the worst I’ve ever had. You would think they could cook pasta but they can’t. Plus they sprinkled cheese on top then nuked it. I took it home and gave it to my dog and she only took a few bites and quit. My dog will eat anything if that gives you a hint. They lost me as a customer.
The five cheese manicotti was really good and the bread pudding left nothing to be desired.
I’ll start out with , the service was Great! But The 5 cheese Manicotti was over baked and hard, the Chicken Parmesan was made with chicken nuggets (no kidding). The mushroom cream spaghetti sauce tasted like macaroni and cheese. The best part of the creme brle’ was the burnt sugar. Undoubtably on the of don’t go back.
