Great Food and Great Service. I am trying different places while working in Salem, and The Shack Bar and Grill was on the list of places to try. I went there for lunch on a Friday and the service was great! I ordered a burger and fries, and it has been the best meal I have had since being in Salem. I am going to try to go back out on Prime Rib night.
My girlfriend and I went to The Shack Friday night. We each had the prime rib and a few drinks. For $10 I was impressed that my meal came with the choice of potato and a side salad. Our service was EXCELLENT! There were three girls working. We never went un helped. You could tell they all have good experience in the business. Very knowledgable and polite. The cute blonce with the piercing was exceptionally helpful deciding what we were going have to drink. Very smart of the owner to put strong servers on a weekend. I get so tired of going out where there is 5 people working but only one you can rely on. Our water glasses were never empty, our plates were picked up promptly. We will definitely be back to The Shack. And next time we’ll bring friends! Keep up the good work!
Love this place. Last fri me and my honey went to shack for the prime rib mmmmmmgood ,great place good service great atmosphere,week before we had on thrus we had there $4 cheeseburger and fries what a deal ,not sure about last review but we loved the fries.anyways be back soon
Totally awesome, every time!. OMG the prime rib dinner on Fridays is out of this world — not to mention a GREAT deal! They have other great deals they offer on select nights as well. The staff is always super friendly and offers fun suggestions on drink ideas when I am indecisive. Sarah has waited on me several times and is my favorite. She always takes great care of us and really handles the place with skill and confidence. The other day my husband and I had a couple BBQ burgers and I was very impressed. The only negative was that I really preferred the thicker cut fries they used to have (please bring them back!) They are real hand cut potatoes, skin on, and VERY tasty! I totally recommend The Shack Bar & Grill and I will surely keep coming back!
