We enjoyed our cruise very much and celebrated our anniversary. The narrative was informative and the captain was knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was hot, served quickly and was tasty. We would have liked for the cruise to have been a littlelonger but I guess the river levels prevent that. In order to sightsee you had to eat somewhat quickly. The lady that took our reservations was very helpful and emailedus directions in advance. I am sure it costs quite a bit to keep a riverboat in shape but I felt like it maybe a tad overpriced, but we enjoyed our luncheon. It was $56. for two people.

The woman told me she couldn’t assure future meal cruises until they had enough reservations to make it profitable. I asked her if she would be kind enough to call me and let me know when they had enough suckers signed up to warrant actually disembarking. (I may have phrased it a bit differently.) She said no, that I would just have to keep checking. Their lousy approval rating is hardly surprising. From what I’ve read here, and other places, I haven’t missed much.

I don’t know whether it’s lack of experience from the chef or simply a lack of talent, but I will not be eating here again. When I asked the wait staff if this was how my food was suppose to look, they grimaced and quietly told me that it frequently did. If the waitstaff even concedes that the food is sub par, something should be done about the kitchen staff, particularly the chef who should know better.
The food is not good fir the price of the ride
The food is not to bad but I don’t like that they cram so many on the boat for the price you should have some elbow room to enjoy your meal
