Such a fun rare night out with my overworked husband and it was perfect. Not only because we always have such an amazing time together but because of the atmosphere. I am here to say if you have not tried going to the Union Barrel on High Street, you need to go! The food is to die for and the owners spent over an hour educating, entertaining, and helping us try different types of whiskeys and scotches. That’s not the only thing to drink of course, but talk about experts in their craft! A night that hit the mark for both of us!!!! And we weren’t even there on a weekend when they have live music!
Disappointing food and menu. Great extensive shelves of whiskey as to be expected, but lowsy food menu and selection. Gave them a try and started with a couple of small plates, nothing that stood out and then proceeded to a prime rib sandwich. Bread was burnt and sandwich was just bland. Nothing spectacular. Will probably not go back

Burgers were pretty small for price and unexciting. Liked the decor, but barstools around the tables were very uncomfortable! Really want this place to do well, but sadly, was unimpressed.
