Worst customer service, restaurant is empty, no excuse. Wouldn’t sell me lunch special, ended 45 mins ago. Said ok, I order basic chicken teriyaki & requested brown rice instead of white…..extra $1.50 for brown rice. Are you kidding? Crazy amount to charge for brown rice. I walked out
Not THAT bad, but never again. I went there one cold rainy night and actually ate it there. It was spendy, 8.50 for chicken yakisoba plus 1.50 for a small drink. so 10 bucks.I will tell you the portion was large and edible but it was quite plain. Nothing tasted bad necessarily but it was like if you asked a child who had no experience in cooking with flavor to make it.Aside from that, I was treated with respect and got a good amount of food but I wouldn’t go back to experience the bland food for the same price or even more than the competitor’s who have the great flavor most of us expect from a teriyaki joint.

Horrible. Not enough rice, small entree portions, and rude attitude(lady). The one good thing about this place is it satisfied my hunger, that’s it. I was not satisfied however, with the value, the taste & service. I wish I would’ve gone to Taco Bell next door instead, I would’ve received more food for the money, and it would’ve tasted better. I get around town a lot and. have to say, there are much better places for less dough(lunch specials).
Definitely the worst Japanese food I have EVER had, which considering I’m asian, says a lot. I wouldn’t be so upset if the staff wasn’t rude. I have learned the hard way that they don’t care about the taste or quality of their food, seeing as their main ingredient in most of the dishes is ketchup. Don’t waste your time complaining they don’t care after you have already paid for your meal first. Theres a great teriaki place across the street as well as Thai. Don’t waste time AND money here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got the #1 Chicken Teriyaki, it came with steamed rice & stir-fried vegetables, alot of food for the price. Would buy this dinner again
