Well to the individual that said Thai Delight has frozen Veggies, I happen to work there and know for a fact that we have never, never used frozen veggies and never will. So you must be mixed up with another restaurant or you are trying to give a bad review without even eating in our restaurant.. We have great fresh food and service. I started working here because the food was so fresh and I get a meal every time I work. 😉 Just wanted to clear things up!
I came here because it was one of the restaurants that my gps said was close to my stop at Fry’s Electronics. The Tom kha with shrimp was hot and had lots of tomato, onion, mushrooms, and shrimp. Although the shrimp was plentiful, it did taste like it was previously frozen. Service was friendly enough, but I did feel like I was rushed out. It was a good-sized portion and reasonably priced.
Very Friendly, but Food Not so Good. We had the Lemon Grass Chicken: no lemon grass, look warm and covered with gloppy peanut sauce. We also had Pineapple Curry with Chicken: good flavor, but mostly curry sauce, very little meat or vegetables. It did have fresh pineapple in it, but only three bite size pieces. We also had the Pad Sweet and Sour with chicken: small portion with frozen vegetables. The service was great! Very friendly and helpful. The food was just not good. We won’t go back.
Best Thai Food to be Had. I go here 2-3 times a week. I know the family personally that works here and they are the best. The owner Chai is one awesome dude. He will custom treat any meal you order. Plus when the time is right you can sometimes get realThai chilies. They Hurt like hell for some. However there is no comparison. I usually have either panang curry or the pad se ewe. If you dont mind waiting a few exrta minutes get the bbq fish. Plus he has real FRESH spring rolls. I work at fry’s across the street so I am always looking for a place to eat for lunch or dinner. I always walk out with a smile and a full tummy.
Yum!. Very good, excellent prices – if they had Coke instead of Pepsi it would be one of my favorite places! 🙂 The service was exceptional, friendly waitstaff, quick refills, food was brought out on time and our orders were correct. They custom tailor spiciness which is so important to me – because I love spicy!
Best lunch you’ll eat all week. I’ve brought people here from all over the world, and it’s never disappointed. Great people, excellent food, fast service, and the best lunch special in town!!
Some of the best Thai food in the Portland area. Every dish I have ever ordered has been fantastic! I love this place.
