Wrong Order Twice !!!!. I went to Burger King on Pacific Hwy in Woodburn and I order the #6 which its a chicken sandwich, well when i was home i learned that it wasn’t what I ordered that it was a chicken parmesan burger, so I had to go back again the girl on the speaker said: you want to order something, I said yes, then she asked me what size and type of drink, when I was by the window she I gave her the bag and the receipt and she opened it and look at it then she walked away and she cam back with my burger no drink no fries no sorry or nothing she closed the window and walked away, I was very frustrated so I left but she didn’t return the receipt, so when I got home of course my fries were cold, so I opened my sandwich just to find out that they didn’t put tomatoes on it WOW !! I was very upset, I had to eat m sandwich with just lettuce and cold fries! I didn’t like it and I am not returning to BK any more, because this is not the first time this happened, same reason I stopped going to Carl’s JR
My grandparents, my sister and I were really hungry. We pulled into Burger King. First of no one could speak English fluently not even close. We ordered 3 doublestackers, 2 fries and an onion ring. They brought us all cheese burgers, 2 fries, and NO ONION RINGS! I go up there and a young Nice hispanic lady workin the line. I stay up there nicely. We go back and forth for a while she eveutually gives me a doublestacker and my onion rings. Shes really confused so I go sit down and just gave up. Turns out McDonald down the street go THERE! Dear. Burger King Please just don’t hire mexicans hire some damn people who speak english THANK YOU!!!!!
They mess up orders often here. They do not have a very good speaker at drive through.
