So yummy and they have a cheap lunch special
The food was good but the man at the counter was very rude. He made rude comments to other customers and it was just a very unpleasant experience. Not going back again.
Good food. I read the negative reviews and was very surprised. I have gone to Mashitas, at the start, thinking they were connected to Mashitas in Tualatin. Which is an excellent teriyaki place. Well this place din’ t disappoint either. My wife and I have gone here for two years now at least once a month if not more often. The food has ALWAYS been excellent! The pot stickers are addicting and the price is more than fair. Keep up the good work!!!
Yuk. Like Panda Express, only a lot worse. The taste of burnt oil, oversauced noodles, low quality overall.
Always good. I enjoy the lunch special a few times per month and have yet to experience what Mr Bradley described. I suspect that is because at lunch they are lined up to if not out the door so food is steaming hot off the grill. There is no excuse for what he described. All I can say is hit them up at lunchtime, the special is a great deal and includes 3 really excellent potstickers.
Pretty sad………….. As Teriyaki places go. To give credit where it is due; the counter guy was friendly and helpful and the place was clean. The food fell on its nose. I had Chicken Yakisoba. The Chicken had been pre-cooked and was dry as if it had been sitting on a steam table for some time. The Yokisoba Noodles were dry and sticky also and some were slightly charred as if they had been tossed on a flat-top grill to warm them up. It’s not so much that it was a terrible meal. It’s just that most any Teriyaki or Japanese place in Salem is much better.
About to order it right now…. I love this place… the staff is friendly and the food is amazing. the price is reasonable and totally worth it. I have lived in Woodburn for 10 years and this is one of my favorite places. I have to go now… gotta order my teriyaki chicken!!! =D
