I’m not sure why this place has so many stars. This place was a serious disappointment. The service was good, however we were met with attitude if we needed anything outside of what was put in the table for us. Ex:extra napkins, mayo, syrup. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger…there had to have been 8 pieces of bacon crumbled on top of a leather shoe…it was like eating a salt lick. My friend had chicken and waffles. Being that we are from the south, we know chicken and waffles consists of fried chicken on top of a crispy waffle with butter and syrup. He was served mushy, pulled boiled chicken soaked in gravy???? On top of a mush waffle. It was nasty. I couldn’t believe I actually had to pay for this crap. We originally wanted breakfast, but apparently they stopped serving breakfast at 11:30. That should have been our first clue…ive never heard of a diner that didnt serve breakfast 24/7. I will NEVER go back here again. Blech!!!

A true favorite. In a short period of time, Dave’s has become one of our favorite haunts. Their shore omlette is awesome!!!! As well as the chicken finger club. I can’t believe the amount of crispy bacon was on it!!! DELICIOUS!!!!!! The only thing is I wish they were open for dinner. Then we’d be there all the time. It would be an excellent place to stop before a Reading Royals or RPhils game!!!!!
Very large portions of great diner food. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend the roasted chicken sandwich. We will be back if we are ever in the area.
Lets go to Daves. Daves is my place. My buddies and I hit it up whenever we’re back home from school. Daves has great prices, good service, ITS A REAL DINER!!! Theyve got egg beaters, skim, baked oatmeal if your into being healthy and all the old favorites. Your coffee cup is always full at Dave’s Diner. Check it out, you wont be dissappointed!
