Has really gone down hill.. This used to be a great location. We ate there once a month and never had a problem. Not any more. Last time we ate there our meals took 55 minutes to get to us plus were cold and horrible. They were not busy and everyone’s food was taking forever. That was 2 years ago.Then December 2012 we got takeout. One meal had a steak that was such poor quality we could not even cut into with our sharpest steak knife. There was grissle all thru it. My husband only took 2 bites after he finally got a piece cut and had to spit it out as it was too tough to chew and swallow. We called to complain and got a free meal card sent. Feb 2013 decided to get the free steak again to go and it was EXACTLY the same!! It was too tough to cut, chew and my dog even had trouble with it after we decided it was not fit for human consumption.Fast forward to June 2014. We had not eaten at the restaurant or had take out for almost 1 and 1/2 years. I used to really enjoy this restaurant so decided to try take out again to see if things have changed. Yes, we got a steak again as again it was EXACTLY the same!!!!! Considering that they are running a vidallia onion steak promotion we thought maybe they would have better quality steaks but were wrong. Were again too tough to cut or even chew. The fries were burnt and the fiesta lime chicken was over cooked and dry and the rice was crunchy and dry.I just cannot understand how they can have such poor quality steaks and service. Such a shame that we were loyal to this location for years but I can say we will never try again.

I love Applebees Greentree! :). I went on October 31st and had an awesome server. I’m not quite sure what her name was to give her credit but she was super sweet and our food came out really fast. 🙂 My family ordered queso dip and fried green beans (amazing!) We loved the new appetizer of green beans, the sauces were delicious. The chicken fajita rollup is one of our favorite entrees & of us course, my mom loves the ultimate trio. Perfect sized portions of good appetizers! Great happy hour deals & fair prices!!
We went here tonight for dinner and once again had a great meal, which always seems to be the case here. Our waitress was running between tons of tables and wasn’t getting much help from the host who forgot our silverware, but she was very friendly and dealt with it. We also watched her deal with idiotic rude customers and she never let it phase her. I had the fiesta lime chicken, which was delicious, and my girlfriend had the chicken carbanara, which was good even though the kitchen was out of mushrooms. Their spinach and artichoke dip is one of the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant, period. We will certainly be going back here again soon!
I love the food the only issue is how long it takes for the food to come but the service is great and the employees are very friendly
The three cheese chicken penne contained paper thin slices of chicken, cheap textured pasta, and an abundance of bland cream sauce. I didn’t taste one type of cheese let alone three. This is fast food slowed down. Horrid!
Terrible Carside. Just got Carside to Go and it was AWFUL!. The dressing on my salad was vinegar and lemon juice and my husband’s breadstick was full of MOLD. I took $75 in gift cards and, somehow, I still owed money. Huh? Total ripoff and terrible, terrible food.
