Really great food for a great price. Not to mention, gluten free options make eating for my fianc and I almost totally thoughtless. I will be back here many times in the future.
Will be comming back again and again and again!. I love this place! I have been to both the South Park and Mt Lebanon location. One of the few places around where you can create your own burger and they have bison! Very well run and clean. The staff is always friendly! I can wait to go back and get the mound of fries again!
Bad Experience. It took over an hour for us to get our food. The staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. The fries were really good, food not bad. But, the service was terrible. Don’t think I’m going to go back. Had to ask for my own box, and physically track down the waitress to get the check. Spent way too much time in the restaurant..
Thumbs up for new Mt. Lebanon location!. My family ate at Burgerz and Dogz for the first time last night at the new Mt. Lebanon location. Both of my kids have celiac disease, so we were attracted by the availability of gluten free buns. I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service we received. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and GF offerings, and made sure we were taken care of. My kids — who can be picky on top of their celiac — liked the GF buns more than the ones we get at home. The server assured us that the kitchen knows how to make food safe for celiacs, so the kids were able to eat fries. This is huge, as many restaurants don’t have dedicated fryers or the ability to make safe fries. And the fries here are amAZing!!!I am so excited to have a place like this where I can take my kids. Restaurants who really get it about people who need to eat gluten free get high marks in my book. And the food is good, to boot!
CUSTOM BURGER JOINT – WISH I WOULD HAVE THOUGH OF IT. Had a burger that I customized tonight – I should patent my invention, it was made exactly as I ordered. My husband had a bison burger that was cooked to perfection, his custom burger was also served exactly as ordered. Awesome, fun idea to create your own burgers. We had the biggest ever fries loaded with cheese, bacon and mac and cheese. Come hungry because you get an enormous bang for your buck. What makes this place unique is that it centers only around burgers and dogs. They perfected it, don’t change a thing. Added bonus, the people were friendly and personable.
2 much and 2 good 2 move. Man oh man, their bison burger is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and their portion sizes are huge! I couldn’t stop eating. I felt like a fat kid in a candy store on my last day to live…I ate so much that it took me nearly 30 minutes of just sitting there to be able to move. Quaint gourmet burger joint that’s carved out a nice little niche for themselves. Def recommend.
Great Hot Dog!. Burgerz & Dogz has the best hot dogs in Pittsburgh. I have tried several of your hot dogs and they are very tasty, fresh and have a great snap when you bite into them. By the way the fresh fries are a great compliment to the dogz.
