Please give this to owner who I met at library location several times !!Tall cook needs to clean up his ACT!Been there 3 times lately , 3 weeks ago on the 5 – below night we walked in store , door was open at 6:30 Tall cook comes out and says he was closed with no apology !2 weeks ago we went back and he banged pots around and just has no personality !Last night we walked in at 6:50 and the place was packed and the tall cook says the store was closed and we could only get our food to go !He was the worst I’ve seen , he was slamming every thing and shoved our food into the bag and when we got home our food was all smashed !I ran a restaurant for 15 years and also a Grocery store for 20 years !This guy was also very mean to the girl working with him !He was rude to all the customers !He told the girl to pack up the food and get them out of here!!!!!You had Quality food as I’ve been to 3 of your locations but if I ride by and see this man working I will not eat there!!!By the way the nice girl who has worked there and I believe she works daylight is the best thing about your store!!!If you care about your business as I think you do you must get rid of this Guy !!!!
Would never go to this establishment again. Bought a groupon for the Mt. Lebanon location. Tried calling and there was no answer or up front message that it closed. Drove there and it was closed no sign on the door stating that this establishment closed. Called the South Park location to place an order with my groupon and I was told we will not honor that groupon. The girl said here is the owners name and number, boy did she throw him under the bus. I called and the owner was rude and said call groupon and get your money back. How why would they not honor that groupon. Will never give my money to this business.
