This is located near the SHV mall and medical offices on Oxford Drive, so a convenient place to pick up a sandwich after a doctor’s appointment. I order a Leonardo di Veggie sandwich every time with the bagel suggested on the sandwich description (I forget what it is) because it’s so flavorful. People are very friendly there.
What happened?. I have been going to this Bruegger’s location for the past 10 years, and in the past 6 months I have noticed a steady decline in the employees and the product. Bruegger’s used to have a delicious and unique produce, one that their competitors could not replicate. But the quality has gone down so much so that I can no longer tell the difference between a grocery store bagel and Bruegger’s, it seems they have lost their edge as the bagel no longer have a crispy outside with a soft and chewy interior just like a New York style bagel should be.
Lemons.. Every freakin time I ordered a large chicken ceasar salad, I asked for extra dressing. I didn’t get extra dressing and I got a lemon in it instead. Lemon in a chicken ceasar salad isn’t good.I usually like this place, but I’m just confused about the damn lemon thing.Still, if you want coffee or bagels, go here.Maybe just tell them you’re allergic to lemons.

Great Staff. Best bagel on this side of town. I often call ahead to reserve my dozen (mostly sesame but they have a wicked good jalapeno cheddar) and the bag is ALWAYS ready to go by the cash register when I get there. What really makes this place though is a fantastically friendly staff.
Good Bagel. Stop by cuz was hungry for a good bagel. Good bagel that was still warm, good coffee, efficient and friendly service. What else could you ask for?
