My wife and I were shopping in the Robinson area and decided to find a place to eat around there. Since we’d never been to this chain, we thought we’d give it a try. It was on a Saturday night so we were kind of concerned that maybe we would have a long wait. This concern grew as we drove up and saw the overflowing parking areas and people standing outside the restaurant’s door!My wife went to find out how long the wait was and when she was told it was only about 20 minutes, I went to find a parking spot. Once inside, I could see what the problem was: the restaurant seating areas are quite large, but the waiting area is tiny! While we were standing in the foyer, waiting for the buzzer to light up, I looked to see if there was seating in one of the two bars that are just inside the doors. There were several tables available in the bar to the left of the entrance. We decided to NOT take any of them because there was a live music performance at the edge of the bar and they had the amplifiers cranked up so loudly that we would not have been able to talk to each other. When we were seated – far away from that band! – we were still able to hear them, but the volume was low enough that we could actually converse. The band was actually good, but I wish the volume level was less than half of what it was set to. That is not the band’s fault, I suspect, but rather the management of the store.The menu is rather large, but somewhat uninspiring. The offerings are pretty standard fare. The reach is wide, including burgers, salads, pizzas, pastas, and more, so there will be plenty of choices for anyone. What we decided on was to try their appetizer of kettle chips and then followed that up with the Asian Chopped Salad and the Shrimp and Crab Pasta.The Kettle chips came and it is an appetizer that should be shared by a group of at least four. Or, give it to a teenager!!! It was a huge pile of potato chips with a garlic cream sauce drizzled between some layers and then blue cheese, scallions and a balsamic vinegar glaze. The balsamic vinegar and garlic cream made this dish work, and we ended up taking more than half the appetizer back home with us.I’ve taken a picture of both entrees and include them here. If you read the descriptions of the dishes on the menu, and compare it to the pictures, you will see that the two do not quite match. For instance, how much Asparagus do you see in the pic of the Pasta? Yep, that’s right, exactly one small part of a spear! Now, the dishes were reasonable tasty, and there was enough food on the plate to satisfy us, but everything was very corporate and uninspiring.The wait staff was competent, but did not go out of their way to support each other. The table next to us was occupied by someone who might have been a manager and there were always three or four waitstaff sitting with her and chatting. This would not have bothered us, except that the restaurant was quite full and I am sure that not all of those people were supposed to be on a break in the middle of the dinner rush on a Saturday night. What they were giggling and chatting about is none of my concern, but it did look odd!So, overall, the experience was just average and comparable to any other chain restaurant. The food is about the same as many other chains. I see no reason to choose this place over the many others in the area, but I will also not complain if someone in my party has a hankering to visit them. Average place, average food, average rating…

Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We like to try new places. Today went here at 4pm. Place was NOT busy. Thought great. WRONG, We were seated and after 20 minutes,NOT ONE PERSON CAME OVER. So we got up and left. As we pass the front desk,we told them that we sat there and no one came over. The only thing they asked us was…what was your table number?? Now was that up to us to know?? They sat us!!! So would I go back NO !!!!!!
Great food. My husband and I wanted to try something different. We really enjoyed our meals. I got the salmon salad with blue cheese, cranberries, apples, etc. My husband got the burger with Swiss. He loved it, I loved my meal. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Great service, great food.
My server was the rudest most stuck up person I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. My mixed drink was terrible. I will never to be back. Pricey too.11 Mar, 2014I went here recently with my boyfriend and our server was so rude and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. She needed to be a little friendlier and get trained again on people skills. We still left a tip but refuse to go back.
We love happy hour here. Haven’t had an appetizer from the happy hour menu we haven’t liked, and most of them are big enough to be a meal.
Fair Food but Pleasant Waitress.. We were there a few weeks ago and had a very pleasant girl named Breanne. Our food was fair but she made our dining experience tolerable. The drinks were very good, but it did take some time for the bar to make them. It was busy at the time we were there so we may give it another try soon.
