Worst customer service EVER! Called in an order for delivery. They said 45 minutes. 25 minutes later they called to say they couldn’t make the type of pizza we wanted. So we changed our order. An hour later it still wasn’t here. We called, they put us on hold, then hung up on me. I waited, called again, they picked up and hung up a second time. After two hours total waiting the delivery guy shows up with a string of excuses that made absolutely no sense. Serious management issues!

A member of our family became very ill after eating here. Cross-contamination and poorly stored/ cooked meat was to blame.I have watched as this place fell from 5 star rating to an average of 3, and 1. Management… what are you doing?!!

Poor service. Took FOREVER to get a pizza, hoagie and salad. Had to go up to bar to get additional beverages. Food that finally arrived was just OK. Greek salad came with two packets of Ken’s dressing. REALLY?? You couldn’t even pretend to make your own dressing?
Visiting daughter, was closest bar/restaurant with Steeler game on. I ordered the hottest wings they had (not Hot)! We had order of buffalo chicken rolls, that was good! Then buffalo fries, little on the salty side for me but very good. Then came theSunday special pizza with free toppings! Pizza had a doughnut like crust,very good. All in all was good experience, waitress was very attentive.
Absolutely WORST place to order delivery. You wait over an hour and then u get cold food! I live 4-5 minutes from this place and this is the 4th time (out of 5 orders) this has happened. They charge an arm and a leg and it isn’t even that good. Call and complain and they blame delivery guy. Delivery guy says he just got order. Never again!
