Try the Pu Pu Platter, it is completely insane. It’s basically a giant bag of fried stuff, waiting for your (unsuccessful) attempts to house it. This menu is out of date, whatever, it’s 2014, add a buck to all listed prices. 1000 stars of fried excellence.
Good food, but these are NOT accurate prices.. I have ordered from Chopstick House a number of times, and the food has always been good and has arrived in a timely manner. However, I had a realization that the prices I was being charged did not match up to what they are advertised. For example, I once ordered Chicken Egg Foo Young ($4.95), Roast Pork w/ Garlic Sauce ($6.95), 2 Shrimp Egg Rolls (1.10 each), and a large side of white rice (2.00). This adds up to $16.10 before sales tax, $17.23 after. I was charged around 24.75, over $7.00 higher than the advertised prices. Upon calling Chopstick House I was informed of a 3.00 delivery fee, but obviously this leaves another 4 dollars unaccounted for. While quickly reading back each of my order choices to me, I am fairly sure I heard that the price of Roast Pork w/ Garlic sauce was now priced at $8.55, but it was very fast and there was a lot of background noise, so I can’t be sure.Long story short, the prices you see online are NOT the prices that you will be charged. You will be charged significantly more than you are expecting to pay. Make sure you know this before ordering!
A lil NY. NY definitely has the best Chinese food and the best in this area that a NY’a would order from is the Chopstick house!!! great prices and best food in the area. They even send free soda’s when I order 🙂
Good, cheap chinese. Chopstick House is a very good Chinese place if your looking for somewhere quick, cheap, and good tasting. I have never had an issue with the delivery system and most of the time (Keyword most) the employees on the phone when your placing an order speak decent English and are OK. The restaurant itself is a little dirty and sometimes if you catch the employees making food you’ll notice some dirty food prep items but for the most part nothing is in violation with any health code. The food is good but its good tasting and there’s variety in terms of rice and chicken. all in all Chopstick house is good, cheap, and quick.
Good food, difficult phone orders. Good food at reasonable prices.However….Every time I call I have to speak with at least three people who barely speak English. Just a heads up. Just be extremely patient.
Excellent food! it is the bomb just order and see you will not go wrong. i give it ***** stars
They deliver!!!!!. It’s hard to find a resturant in Wilkinsburg that delivers….well Chopstick House does. With all of the snow we have been having, it’s such a burden to have to dig-out. Thanks to Chopstick House, you don’t have to when you don’t feel like cooking. Good food at your doorstep!!!!!!
