We came here on a Sunday afternoon. It took literally a half an hour to get two hot subs. It was not even remotely busy and there were four people working behind the counter. The food tasted average and the service was absolutely horrible overall.
Busy Place @ Lunch.. So busy hard to get a table. Go thru the line and order, pay, get your number and hope to get a table…some pushy people here. The Sub was good.
AWESOME. THE BEST IN THE BURGH
Bad Store for the Chain. When they’re good, they’re really good. Unfortunately, this one is staffed by teenagers more worried about their conversation than your order. Got the double meat cheese steak and the last 1/4 didn’t have any meat. Went back to the counter and showed the kid and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if it’s supposed to be this way and he asked (with an attitude) if I wanted him to make me another. I said no thanks. Don’t know if we’ll go back.
Wonderful. We were out shopping in Robinson today, and decided to stop at DiBella’s for lunch. We had never been there before. The sandwiches were delicious, and a very nice size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here the next time I am shopping out in Robinson.
Great Food- Unfriendly Staff. Maybe it’s the time of day I go but I always feel like I’ve just done something wrong when I go to DiBellas. The staff is so unfriendly, they are curt…not deliberately but like a group of people that hate their job. If you can get past that fact, it’s all good.
Used to be Better. This place used to be the BEST for subs…until they stopped grilling up the meat like they used to. They used to let it get nice grilled edges, so that it was extra warm and delicious, but now–it’s just lackluster deli meat like any other sub shop. Bring it back Dibellas!!
