Very good subs that are HUGE and made fresh. I was surprised how big my small sub turned out to be – tons of meat and bread. Very good sandwich. I’m sure I’ll be back.

This particular restaurant/location is a big reason why I’m hesitant to judge someone based on only one visit.I went a few weeks ago. The line was out the door and the way their ordering/cooking system works was awful. It took almost 30 minutes to work through the line, when it clearly should have moved substantially faster. However, the food was good, once we finally got it.We reached out to the manager who apologized and sent us a couple of coupons for a future visit. It was the right thing to do and was more than enough to get my to give them another shot. When I returned, there was no line…literally no one else in front of me. The counter staff was very nice and chatted throughout the process. I’m willing to chalk up my bad experience to a bad day (or some particularly bad staffers). On my 2nd visit, the bread was a little over-cooked. It didn’t ruin the sandwich…but it definitely wasn’t as good. The nice thing about this restaurant is that all the bread is very fresh. I guess the risk of that is getting a batch that’s slightly overdone. It happens, I understand that.Another issue (which they have minimal control over) is that the restaurant is right next door to a Bob Evans. Bob Evans can get very busy…and last time I was there, those patrons took up a lot of the spots in front of DiBella’s (instead of the spots on the side). That’s just more of an irritation. One other small complaint I have is that they have a big sign encouraging you to make your meal a combo (chips or cookie and a drink). But they never tell you the price on the boards. It is a few cents cheaper than buying the items individually…but to not have it listed anywhere obvious is just a little irritating.Overall, the food is good and while the line/wait time may or may not be fixed, management at least stepped up to admit there was an issue. It’s not a bad option if you’re in the Robinson area and want an alternative to Subway/Jimmy John’s/etc.

Ughh. The food itself is very good but it takes like 234234 hours for them to make a sub.
