I called Frank’s in Millvale PA last Friday to order a large pizza with pepperoni and wanted to pay with my debit card because I was ordering it for my daughter so she could pick it up, I was told by one of the female staff that I had to bring my card in to make the purchase and I informed her that I was at work and unable to leave, she placed me on hold for over 5 minutes while she went to ask her boss if an exception could be made, she never gave me an answer because she hung up the phone!. I will NEVER eat there again. Good customer service is to accept debit/credit cards over the phone like so many other restaurants do and to be extremely pleasant and gracious to ALL your customers because it’s how you earn your livelihood plus it’s nice to be nice

On my second visit for more chicken I tried the house special Italian sub and it was also very good.Servicealways friendly. Definitely going back again.

Over 1.5hrs for a 4piece pizza and I live a few blocks away. I will never order there again. They need to do something bout losing local weekly customers

Everyone that comes within 10 miles of Glenshaw needs to stop by a Frank’s and get their Buffalo Chicken Pizza. We order it at least twice a week. Seriously good stuff =D
WORST! This place is horrible!`. Franks is the worst pizza place around by far. Let’s see….it seems popular so we try it:*First time: regular pizza tastes like cardboard…I mean completely devoid of any taste. Chicken has so much salt it’s inedible*Second time: messed up order..ordered mushroom pizza given bacon and onion*Third time: Ordered chicken. Told we’re out of chicken. Really?*Fourth time: Tried thick crust pizza. This is just pre made bread with some cheese melted on it. Really?You’ll notice that it’s the only pizza shop you’ve ever been to in your life that doesn’t smell like pizza. No smell at all. Everything seems to be pre made. Frozen pizza in a box is much better. Franks is worse than the frozen grocery store pizza that comes wrapped in plastic. You’ll feel like you could have gotten a better meal out of a vending machine, and it would probably be closer to homemade than this place.
