Went there for the first time on a Saturday at about 6:30. Surprisingly the place was empty during dinner time. I got a OMG roll and Mexican roll and both were awesome! I eat sushi about once a month and this was some of the best I’ve ever had. Their website and menu needs work because it’s hard to tell what you’re ordering unless you’re a sushi expert – just call or walk in, they’re very friendly.
FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. A girlfriend and I went for lunch early this week. The waitress with blonde hair had absolutely no customer service skills — never returned ONCE after we got our food to check how everything was, refills, checks, nothing… we had to have the chef get our checks for us… then another 20 minutes later finally processed our checks for us since we were already late getting back to work.Needless to say – my friend and I did not tip this waitress anything – as she was nowhere to be found. I’m sorry… but a tip is a gesture for good service. We had an experience extremely far from good service.Today, I check my bank statement… to see that the nowheretobefound waitress decided to tip herself an UNAUTHORIZED amount on my debit card! That’s right… my receipt had a total of $23.44. I check my bank account to see almost $29 charged! DON’T WORRY – she did the same exact thing to my friend, also. NOW… we both have our receipts… NOWHERE does it say an automatic 20% or anything (which would be asinine anyways even if it did because it’s a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant). And if there was an automatic charge – THAT’S what we would have signed off on – those amounts do not get added on after the fact because the customer would NOT have signed off to authorize this.Let me just remind this establishment that it is illegal to charge unauthorized amounts to customer’s debit/credit cards… it’s actually called fraud. Please know, this is NOT about the money, trust me. This is about the fact that I will NEVER allow any establishment to charge me for things I did not authorize. Like a tip to a worthless waitress, for example.Don’t worry – we both already called our banks and had the charges removed and this establishment has a few phone calls coming their way from people they don’t want phone calls from.WON’T EVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE THIS STORY 🙂
Outstanding sushi in a strip mall store. Furnishings are nothing special, and the night we went the sushi cook (owner?) was the only one there, so judging the service isn’t fair – he never stopped moving.But the sushi was really, really special. I had a combo of three rolls, I forget what they were, sadly (all good to great!), and my companion had the OMG Roll, which was Oh My God good.Very reasonable prices, too. Maybe not the place to impress a client or a big date, but certainly worth the trip.
I’ve tried sushi all over the country and Fuji sushi is by far one of the best. Must try the OMG roll
The piano roll is a special kind of delicious, I will definitely be back!
