Terrible Service. Terrible service when the manager/ owner has poor customer service skills when ask a question about gratuity and service charges to your bill. Manger / owner states If you don’t like it don’t come. That’s right I won’t be back and every chance I get I will tell friends and family not to patronize this restaurant as well!!!!!!!!
Had an amazing experience at Ichiban with a few of my friends and family. Great environment for people of all ages. Plus! The food was just amazing. I recommend to anyone who hasn’t experienced this restaurant to get out there!
I had a very great experience, everyone was very friendly and they have fantastic service.
Awful experience. Absolutely horrible service. Appetizer plates were not given and when we asked for them, she basically slammed them on the table and did not distribute. When we asked for chicken and steak, we got steak and no chicken and the cook was annoyed. We asked for eggs on the side of 2 orders (out of 10) due to allergies and then put eggs in all of them. When we requested new rice, they cooked it in the same spot. Water took 20 minutes to arrive. The manager was unbelievably rude and they added an 18% tip. When I stated I wanted to leave 15% which was VERY generous based on our experience, he stated he would call the police for me not paying my bill. On top of it all, the chef never spoke and the waitress was beyond rude. They must get it from their awful manager.
Great service and great sushi
Eat here often, leave happy. We eat here about once a month. We bring our little kids – they are well behaved since there is so much to look at and the waiter/discoball/fireworks are very entertaining. We do hibachi and always order the lobster and steak or lobster and filet and chicken hibachi for the kids. Out of the maybe 10 times we have been here: one time we felt rushed. One time, the veggies were undercooked. But otherwise, everything was perfect every other time. That’s pretty good in my book.The soup and salad to start are simple but amazing. The meat has always been done to perfection. The noodles and rice are a big hit for the kiddos.Oh – and last time I went our waiter went out of his way to make a special chopsticks trainer (rubber bands on the ends) for our 5 year old and brought a small plate, spoon and knife for us to cut up food for our toddler. If only restaurants knew what these special touches mean to parents. Will continue to return.
