Not a good experience at this IHOP. They seated us near the kitchen door, even though the place was almost empty. We asked to be moved…they obliged, immediately. Twenty minutes later we were brought coffee cups for the coffee decanter that was already on the table. Yep…you guessed it…the coffee was piss warm. Evidently, it was from another table that sat there before us. Then, came breakfast…another 30 minutes later!! My friend’s meal was warm, she ate it. Mine was cold…I waited another 15 minutes before we seen our server. She offered to bring me another meal. My friend had already ate…so I declined. I won’t go back
