Buffet – cold food – poor service. We,ve been to the buffet( which is offered on Saturdays) many times, but was dissatisfied today. Food was barely warm whichmade it quite unappetizing . The lo-mein was cold as well as the steamed vegetables- the desserts were stale . We enjoyedthis buffet on other occasions- do not know what happened. The service was poor also .They usually take the dirty dishes awayas soon as you finish – this evening our dishes were stacked 5 high .I hope they improve on the temperature of their buffet – theirfood is usually delicious – but terrible when cold.

The New York Charm is amazing! The Saturday Buffet is really good at times and just ok other times. Also I have seen people using the same plate over and over on the buffet, including one of the girls that work there. So the buffet could certainly be a health risk if they do not make a change. The New York Charm is the way to go.

Very good! The ding room was very clean. The location though is puzzling. This place would make so much money in lawrenceville, south side or even mt Lebanon. I hope it survives.

Delicious Healty Food. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, but I always enjoy getting something to eat from this place. There is a whole lot to choose from: appetizers, soups, main dishes, dessert, fruit drinks, etc…– you’re gonna want to come back to be able to try everything!! The food is delicious no matter which dish I order. For the meat lovers out there, you need to try this place because even their meat substitutes taste like the real thing; and you’ll feel healthy eating it too! At least that’s how it is for me. This place also has a very friendly staff and it’s always a good experience to come and dine in here. By the way, my favorite dish is the Lucky Lemon Grass!

The Soups. Compare to other location (Loving Hut, MA), isn’t as good/spicy.Delicious pho but wasn’t served with bean sprout.
