I try to stay on the vegan path, and generally it is the healthy way to live imo. Let me just say that everything at the loving hut is definitely vegan. The problem I have with the food is I believe over time the MSG has caused havoc on my nervous system. The whole Chinese restaurant syndrome thing is strong at the hut! They claim no msg, no gmo ect. Yes, the labels may not say msg, but there is a plathora of hidden names for msg. I wanted to do a test with this. I ate here for the last time a week and a half ago, and was plauged by anxiety, nervousness, bitchyness for two days solid! You feel like you need to just run away! Eat here occasionally, and you might be ok…..I wouldn’t make it a routine, or you will pay a price like I did.
