Dissatisfied Customer in every way!. I ordered wings for pick up 3 times. Should have stopped after the 1st time. 1st time was an eye opener. My customer service experience was awful! There was not greeting or acknowledging of my entrance into the store for about 5 minutes while i was standing at the counter. 2nd time….my celery that came with the wings should have been the cut offs that went into the garbage. They were inedible & rotten! 3rd time my pick up order was with a delivery driver going to an address i did not supply ( never ever had delivery). So they said the delivery driver just left and he’s turning around and he’d be right back. Not true! He came back 20 minutes later with an empty bag and asked about my street address, that it was a crazy street….that was not my address… so he clearly hadn’t just left! I get my order and now i need to pay. Took 3 people to ring me out incorrectly and charged me too much (charged me for delivery fee.) Said sorry unless we void your card and run it again they couldn’t fix it. Delivery driver felt bad and handed my daughter a dollar to cover the over payment. lol Then i get home and find out that wasn’t my order. They made me return my wings and remade them, but never apologized for any of it, or made it worth my time and effort to return them. Worst service ever!!!! Its like a three ring circus with out the ring leader!!! I suggest looking else where if you are looking for decent food and experience.
Wish I would have read the previous review.. First time I have ordered a Mediterranean pizza adding thick crust and italian sausage from Mario’s through pizza.com at about 5:15 pm. And call when close to door. Mario’s called right away and told me that the thick crust and sausage would be extra. Total $22.18 I say yes, okay and they have delivery time of 11/2 hrs. No problem. It got here at 6:25 pm. Bite into it. No sausage. When I call back, I can hear someone on the phone talking to someone ordering and then nothing. I hang up. Call back. Please hold. I report the mistake. I have a choice of credit or waiting another 11/2 for the right pizza and giving the old one to the driver. No apology. Ok I’ll wait because I paid $25 in cash to delivery guy and after he left realized the receipt was not mine. Obviously they don’t care about their orders. I want the pizza I ordered. And exactly what are they going to do with the old pizza? Will try another pizza place next time.

Also, they listed ‘homemade’ ranch dressing, so I ordered extra thinking it was made there, to receive three packets of store bought brand. Very disappointing.
