  Disappointing. I was very disappointed when I recently moved to Pennsylvania and decided to grab some food at your McDonalds. When I got to the drive thru I placed my order and asked for a cup of Mac sauce. They told me they are not able to do so because they can’t ring it up, although every other McDonalds in the U.S. Is able to do so because I get it every single time. As a manager at McDonalds for 3 years, I know off of the top of my head 2 different ways to ring it in. Not only did they not supply me with things that they were able to have, they gave me my food, seemed rushed and a bit rude. I work not even 2 minutes from this location and my burger patties were old and my French fries were soggy and old as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone new to the area because each time I’ve gone, I feel that the service gets worse. Not to mention, they didn’t properly prepare my sandwich either, forgetting most of the condiments.

  Blows. Finally open 24 hours yet everyone is miserable and take no pride in their job unlike the day shift. Bitch wouldn’t even say your welcome after I said thank you multiple times. Finally get my food and the fries were literally almost hard and so stale it was unreal Honestly they probably had been sitting there since about 11pm and I stopped at about 2am

  Ridiculous. Went for lunch for 3 people didnt have what 2 people wanted no chicken strips and the ice cream machine down in themiddle of the day also requested no mayobut extra instead

  Worst service ever. Line around the building for the drive thru so I went inside. Waited 10 minutes to order then 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches (on special). During this 20 minutes I had to listen to the ‘manager’ make fun of employees, employees disrespect each other and customers and watch one worker ‘steal’ the food of a customer waiting inside to give it to a drive thru customer. And then listen to her and the manager joke about it. Every staff member in the restaurant behaved horribly. One young woman mouthed off to the manager about making hashbrowns and then vanished into the backroom for the remainder of my visit.

  I came in with my daughter around 11:30am. At 11:35 they took my order. So not bad right, Wrong? At 11:50 I am still siting there waiting for them to figure out a #1 and a kids meal. I had to stop them and tell them exactly what I needed. Then they gave my daughter her apple juice with out a straw. I tried to explain I needed a small straw that fit in the juice box. They kept proceeding to tell me how I can get a straw out at the condiment stand. I tried explaining their giant straws do not fit in this small box. By this point they finally made a big mac and cheese burger. I understand this isn’t fine dining, but fast food. It took me20 min to get food. Now i am watching all of the other people having the same issue and walking back and forth from their seats when they find out things are missing. I understand the people that work here, I worked at Wendy’s for 6 years and I know it’s pretty simple work. These are the people asking for $15 an hour, nothing less then a laugh when it takes them 20 minutes to make a premade burger.
