Don’t eat there. Not the best place to eat. Food was cold and chicken wings wasn’t cooked. I am sure a lot of people have gotten sick. They will not take the chicken off the bill even when we had 1 piece. Service was terrible. waited for a waitress for 25 minutes. Food took 50 minutes and chicken wasn’t cooked. I have never seen a place that doesn’t take care of the customers. They are very rude and they don’t care if you come back. The owners needs to clean house and fire all the employees. I guess he doesn’t care either. They are opening them self for a law suit with uncooked chicken. Not the first time this has happened. Unbelievable, can’t believe they are still in business. Time to shut the doors.

We’ve eaten in and taken out and they’ll happily put you on hold for 15 minutes when you call in an order. I’ve had arguments between wait and kitchen staff erupt next to my table and nobody seems to get that it’s unprofessional and they don’t apologize when you’ve waited 15 minutes for a waitress to greet you. All that aside, the chicken is great and worth eating if you can get to the ordering portion of your evening. Just don’t get your hopes up for friendly people or drink refills.
Dont know how to treat customers. Bartender forgets to put the alcohol in my drink and charges me for a cup of juice the same price as alcohol. I asked to just make it over he said no I can just put a shot in there and then charges me extra for it. The drink was A$3.25 so nobody is trying to get over he probably just made an honest mistake and just didn’t want to own up to it. I get my drinks with no ice so I know I can taste the alcohol just like the first he made was perfect but the second and my last there was a problem. They don’t resolve customer issues correctly and I didn’t once get rude or raise my voice or make a scene I just went ahead and paid for it. Had they resolved my issue the right way we would have stayed had some more drinks plus he would have got a nice tip like I always do but its ok their loss.
Slow service, uninspired food. Tried it at various times of day and night and the service has always been slow. The only thing memorable about the food is that it is more often than not overcooked.
Stopped on for a cheap bite. Had their chicken appetizer (practically half a fried chicken – excellent, well prepared). Daughter had wings (big and fresh), Wife had chicken dinner (very good). I had the Rachel (solid sandwich. We split a dessert as well. Excellent service. Was our server’s second day on the job and was under the wing of her manager that evening to make her feel comfortable – which is good to see.Overall, it’s a nice place, good food and good service. It’s not fancy – but it is a much better local choice than the chains.
Not the mohans I used to frequent. this place about 10YRS ago till I moved out if state, so I had really missed those famous wings and provolone sticks. First it took almost 20 s for my waitress to stop socializing and acknowledge us. Our appetizers arrived with our meal which would not have been a big deal if I didn’t have to watch my server and apparently other servers frequent the bathroom like something was being given away for free which made it clear to me to keep my daughter out of there restroom.I gave up trying to ask where my server was let alone the cheese in the provolone sticks..it was a hollow shell and why I got Buffalo red hot wet wings when I wanted that famous hot rub. This horrible experience ruined years of memories eating great food with great service…was. Think mang. Should clean house and maybe bring back Ma an icon. of that place. I noticed she wasn’t there as well.
What once was a good place is now less than mediocre. Use to go to Mohans constantly for their chicken but now I wouldnt recommend them at all. You can get better chicken at WalMart or Giant Eagle. Mohan’s chicken is very dry and their mac n cheese has absolutely no taste.
