Ordered some take out when I was in the area. I have not been to this NPL in a long time. The bar area wasextremely busy. The bartender was very friendly and took my take out order. The grilled chicken salad arrived in ten minutes as promised. When I took it homeit was not good as the salad I get from the NPL Clubhouse closer to where I live. There were no eggsas listed. The chicken was not as good and the salad seemed smaller.I know there are different owners. I would try something different if I go back to the original NPL. I will get the Grilled chicken salads from the clubhouse. They are delicious.

Busy place with good food. Every time we go here it is always very busy, but we’ve never had to wait long. It’s a lively atmosphere with televisions everywhere. They always have some contest going on where you roll dice to be entered in a drawing or something, and then there is the big birthday wheel. We’ve always had pleasant experiences here with the food and waitstaff.
My husband and I stopped here for a Friday night meal after long days at work. Our first interaction with staff was the hostess who looked bothered that we even walked through the door. But she gave us our flashing disk and we were seated in a timely manner for a busy Friday night. We started with lounge fries as an appetizer. The lounge fries were amazing ( we ordered a small portion but there was still more than enough!) HOWEVER our waitress was mediocre and really not pleasant until we paid our check and my fish sandwich was without any kind of flavor. This was a let down after how good the lounge fries were 🙁 my husband’s hamburger was good. Cooked the way he wanted it and tasty but both our dishes took a long time to come from the kitchen and with a mediocre waitress we went forever without drink refills and honestly doubted if she put our order in to begin with! Overall this place is just mediocre, my husband and I agreed that if we never came back, we would not be upset. We might not even remember this place in a few weeks.

Great Local Bar!. NPL has become our go to bar since moving to the area. We have spent many happy hours sitting at the bar enjoying cheap appetizers and drinks. We absolutely love their hot ranch wings! You can tell they make their own sauce as it is hotter some days than others. Our other favorites include their lounge fries and steak salad. They also have a decent number of beers on tap. Great place to take in a Pens or Steelers game! They also have a nice patio with fireplace to enjoy! Everyone in my family has joined me at NPL with all of them asking to go back the next time they are in town.
Our Go-To Restaurant. North Park Lounge is my family’s go-to restaurant because the food never disappoints and the atmosphere is fun and laid back. As far as appetizers, I would highly recommend the wings or Lounge Fries (I believe they were the originators of these classic Bacon Cheese Fries and boy, are they delicious!) Some of our main dish favorites are Chicken Tortellini Salad, Fish Sandwich, Chicken Plank Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Muffin Melt, and others. They also have some of the best Italian Wedding Soup around! In addition, NPL offers specials every day of the week, which are always very good!
