The food is great however the person answering the phone has the worst phone manner I have ever experienced. She is extremely rude and cuts you off before you can even finish your order. I have had nothing but bad experiences with her and she seems annoyed you are even calling to bother her. Great food but avoid calling if you can help it.
Must do. Every time I’m in Pittsburgh I have to eat them. I travel for work so when I find a place I like I stick with it. Great pizza but slow delivery.Please for the love of God bring back those amazing fried ravioli!
Good value, pizzas are good, they are my go to pizza delivery place. Delivery guy is always extremely friendly and they always get my order right!

Amazing. Well, first off Ive never had Milan’s before. Im at a hotel near Milano’s and i found out about them through typing in ‘places that deliver’ in google for near my hotel. I was stunned with how fast the food arrived. Literally i dont think ive ever .. in my life had delivery show up that fast. The food is fresh, and tastes like im sitting at a nice restaurant, it definitely surpasses what someone might think about when they think of delivered food. The person that delivered the food was really nice. I have to say im thoroughly impressed. Yay!
Im from Mi and consider myself a pizza freak! I have tried literally 100’s of pizzas, with my preference being thin crust Napolitano style, simple, fresh with a crispy bottom and tender crust. I decided to try Pizza milano because of the reviews stating it was very good and NY style. Well I went in and sat down for what seemed to be a long time and realized that you had to place your order at the counter and they bring it to you. A sign would have been nice lolSo i ordered the medium pizza with Capicolla and mushroom. Their medium is alot bigger than alot of Larges by me in MI which was good. The Pizza to me tasted more like a traditional hand tossed with a very thick outer crust ring . The sauce was freah but there was alot of it. I wish the bottom would have been more crisp however. The dough was good but didnt have the standard olive oil taste that im used to. All and all it is very good pizza and im glad i tried it. Prices seem right to me for the amount I received.
NYers view on pizza. I was born in NY and lived there most of my life before moving to quite a few locations before settling in Pittsburgh. I have to say I miss pizza when I leave my home town. NYers just know how to make a really good pizza, other places try but its not pizza. That being said…… I love this place. Its the best pizza I’ve had in Pittsburgh.Thank you for letting a home sick girl in the Burg be reminded of her hometown pizza. 🙂
