Horrid. Just horrid. I ordered the $12.99 gyro special. I was told it would take 1 hour. That Was the first ridiculous thing. I live 2.5 miles away and its was only 2 gyros, 2 fries, and 2 cans of pop. It doesn’t take 1 hour. I waited. At the hour and 15 minute mark I called to cancel my order. I told the woman I was canceling due to time it had taken. She then proceeded to scream, while she still had the receiver to her mouth,for the manager. Strike 2! When the manager got on the phone 5 minutes later, he told me my order was already out and that it would be here soon. I told him I didn’t want it citing the ridiculous amount of time it had already taken. He asked me if I had seen the roads and that everything was covered. I told him I was just out nothing is covered. Then he tried to make up some excuse about side streets. There are 0 side streets from there to my house. There are 3 main roads that the driver would take. All are salted and plowed. The manager then cursed at me and told me never to call or order from then again. Strike 3! Now I’m going to pepper the review sites with my review.

THE BEST PIZZA!!. We love PRIMETIME PIZZA, whenever we are in the area we always stop in and eat at PrimeTime. The Pizza is the best around; the sauce and crust are delicious and we have always had the right amount of toppings added to our pizza. Wish you were located in Greensburg and we would order always! Glad you back.
Glad you are back. We have ordered from Primetime Pizza many times, and were disappointed when they were closed for awhile. Now that they are back, we’ll be back. Love their pizza!
Do Not Eat Here. Ordered Pizza from this place for the first and last time. I waited over 2 hours for the food. Called them back and I was told it is on its way. 25 minutes later I get a phone call from a man saying he was the Delivery driver. He asked me to come out and meet him. I went out side and I saw a car. Waited for the driver to get out but he never did. He rolled down his window and said I had to get it from the bag myself. The driver was a large man who should not be handeling food in the first place. His excuse was I have too many steps. The vehichle had a real odor to it and the thought of my food in an eviroment like that just made my stomach turn. I sent him on his way never getting the food from him. Bottom Line Very slow delivery service. That delivery driver whatever his name should not be working with food. Disgusting
Terrible Pizza and service. Ordered pizza. Did not show up for 2 hours…called 1 1/2 hours after pizza was ordered…said it would be there soon….30 min later pizza cold and nasty. Called back and they did say they would deliver another. Pizza shows up a totally different way then was ordered. Called back and they said that they went above and beyond what they could do for us. So pizza ordered at 630…here it is 940. Wrong order…cold pizza…and at that it wouldn’t have been worth it if it was delivered in 15 min. BUT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Pass this place up. Bad service and pizza very average!!
