I ordered the shrimp tempura app, but it is actually panko shrimp. For my dinner, i ordered chicken teriyaki. What i got was bizarre. It was either very old chicken, or something else. I don’t know what it was, but it was DISGUSTING. Unfortunately, i got my food to go so i couldn’t really do anything about it. AVOID
So far I’ve gotten take out from here only, and this is the first time I got home and my order wasn’t messed up in some way.What keeps me coming back is their shrimp summer rolls. They are absolutely delicious with the dipping sauce.I also live their pineapple fried rice, when it’s good it’s amazing. But it’s so irregular depending on who is cooking. When the owner is cooking it is amazing, there is lots of pineapple, it’s caramelized a little, and the rice is a darkly delicious color when you know it’s extra favorful. Today was not one of those days, it was very light in color and I had very few pineapples in it.I feel like I’m in some sort of abusive relationship with this place, I just want it to work out and keep coming back for more hoping it’s a good day for us. At least the summer rolls never let me down.
