Made an account just to warn you!. I cannot even believe this place got 1 star. I came to this place two times this last month and both times were terrible visits I will never forget. The first time My boyfriend and I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table.. because they forgot about us! How they forgot when they put the names into an iPad is beyond me, and they didn’t even seem sorry about it. There was a couple who came after us and we’re seated before us so I spoke up and said something and the hostess was very rude about it then a male waitor came over and said that we were before them and apologized to us and got us seated. I know People make mistakes so we got over it and ordered our food which they didn’t cook correctly. I asked for the chicken Barbque sandwich and my boyfriend got the same thing except in the burger form. This waitress brought us two burgers not my chicken and I said something and she was very nice about it and fixed it for me although it was inconvientant we had to wait about 25 minutes for me to get my chicken sandwhich. I figured since they were so busy it was a mix up food was still good and everything it was just a hassle having all the trouble. I decided to give it another try today for lunch with my coworker. He ordered his food and I ordered mine, clucks and shrimp, I told the waitress I wanted chicken fingers and shrimp and she even said to me okay the clucks and shrimp, I said yes and that was it. So we waited for about 40 minutes for our food and finally it came out even though they weren’t that busy and my food was wrong AGAIN! She brought me the seafood platter so I told the waitress and she got an attitude with me and said well maybe if you would speak up I would of got the order correct. I was so shocked to be disrespected by her like this even though I kindly told her and asked if she could fix it but then after her saying this I was fed up and told her I got my order correct you are the ones who messed it up. So she is standing there argueing with me and the couple sitting next to us even butted into the conversation and said that they had heard me say my order And how she even repeated it back to me, and she did not like that. She had a very bad attitude and said well I guess I can just take it off your check.. Now before they butted in she said that all she could do was put in my right order and I did not have time to wait for my lunch so I said to just remove it and that would be that. I will never go to this red robin and I’m not sure if I will go to any one ever again after this. I have never been so disrespected and insulted in my life at a resturant. I cannot believe how down hill red robin is going. I asked to speak to the manager but after waiting 10 minutes for him or her to come out we just left. They need to hire better staff before their help chase away all their customers. You’ve lost me as a customer as long as these are the kind of staff your business hires. Two times messing up food is not acceptable. I understand sometimes mistakes happen and that’s fine but every time I go I should not have to worry about them messing up orders that are so simple, and getting a waitress who insults me.
Food was undercooked, and took 20 mins to get more fries do not recommend
Nasty. I’ve went to this place twice and both times food wasn’t cooked . I ordered well done both times and they come out raw I still had blood in my burger very disappointed
Good variety, attentive service, but for the price, we deserve hand cut & better seasoned fries. Those look like frozen ones from the giant eagle. Guess they spent they money on the cheapo decor…..
Five of us ate there yesterday . Food and service was very good. Everyone enjoyed it!
No more fries for you!. All you can eat fries at this location means you can eat what comes with your burger order, but we will bring the check before you can ask for more!
Food was hot and definitely worth the cost. The server was friendly and kept drinks and fries coming
