Only a good place to go when there isn’t anywhere else to go. Service absolutely sucks, especially when you’re going through the drive through. Only convinent thing about this place is the 24 hour service.

Love the food, when it’s prepared properly. Only place I know where you can order a malted milkshake. Not on the menu, just ask for it. Not always open 24 hours. The grounds around the building show neglect and the staff are sub par.
Unreal service. We went to get our food in the drive thru around 4:20. It’s is now 5:00 and we have just received out food. There is no way it should ever take this long to wait In the drive thru . I don’t recommend this to anyone.

This place is terrible. Rude staff that get the orders wrong consistently. The service is slow too. Don’t do the drive through if there are more than 2 cars in front of you. If you want to wait a half hour for your food, order from dominos. At least your order will be correct.
This place is a joke. Every time I’ve gone here the service is beyond terrible. They all seem racist. No clue why I’ve gone back. Tonight my girlfriend and i were in the area and decided to stop. After 15 minutes sitting in a not so busy restaurant ignored, we walked out. No waitress, no drinks, no acknowledgement that we even existed. I will NEVER go back here. I’ve never had 1 good experience here and the food isn’t great anyways. We left and went to 5 guys. Our homemade fries and burgers and $23 Bill for 2 was worth it. Avoid steak n shake!
