So disappointing because this place could be so great. They have a wonderful variety of food on the menu and is delicious. I had the crab bisque and my husband had the pepperjack tomato soup. Both soups were wonderful, definitely homemade. I had the Pitt Dip for dinner and my husband had a sandwich on the special menu. Both were very good. And their garlic aioli and red pepper aioli are so yummy, they definitely make the sandwiches. The service is what kills this place. There were at least 3 servers running around and it was a constant waiting game for everything. As we were leaving I looked around thinking they must be packed, but no only half the tables had customers on the restaurant side and there were just a few people sitting at the bar. I noticed a sign in the back that they were looking for more servers, but I don’t think that’s the problem, they just have to learn to serve smart. Waited 10 minutes just to order drinks and it took us 15 minutes to get our soup. That seemed odd because there is no way soup is being made to order by cooks, it should be available in pots for servers to get themselves. The servers overall seemed flustered and overwhelmed, but I’m not sure why, but they were all nice. Perhaps there was an issue in the kitchen. I had been here one time before with the same experience, it had been so long I had forgotten that we had the same bad service. Hoping the service will get fixed in the future so this place can be great.
