The Flame catered my son’s wedding last week and it went great. They were very easy to work with. The food arrived on time and was set up perfectly. There were many compliments on how delicious the food taste. Thank you Vivian and staff !
Don’t get to close to the Flame. Or you’re going to get burnt
Stopped here today, their website hours say they are open on sunday, when I stopped in the lady told me they were closed and are only doing catering orders, which their website doesnt state. Lady was extremely rude also, I apologized for coming in while they were closed and said thank you and have a nice day while she just stared at me not saying a word looking like she was annoyed when I stopped in when they should have been open. I have been looking for bbq places around the north hills, and this was the first time i have tried here, I will not be going back.
Not a real restaurant. They just microwave incredibly old products and charge WAY too much for them. The health department should probably visit here. Really diappointing
Shame Shame. A place called The Flame should have true BBQ foods. There is nothing here that is even close to being considered BBQ. It’s all just microwaved, boiled, baked or stewed. I’m really considering opening up a true BBQ place in the Burg. Will not eat here again. Shame on you Flame…..Shame.
The Flame BBQ Not so Hot. Sorry to say that we tried the Ribs once and that was enough. Bought a shot thru Groupon and the Ribs are steamed, boiled and then heated up in an oven. No taste and the sauces were really runny. Sorry!
The BBQ beef sandwich is delicious!
