The food was good and our waiter was excellent. The major issue we had was with the Cheese Wontons. We had no idea that it contained crab! One of us is allergic to seafood. There is no description that the item contained crab. Actually, there was no description at all. We have had this dish at other restaurants and they merely contain cheese. The item was promptly removed from our bill and everything was handled appropriately. Even with the service and food considered, we doubt we will return
NOT food-allergy friendly; will not dine here again. Inaccurate menu descriptions.. I tried to order a roll that didn’t contain gluten, and when I got my order there was tempura in it. (There was no mention of tempura for this item in the menu.) I had specifically asked about the contents of the roll and the server did not explain that it contained tempura. I returned it, but the manager would not remove it from my bill. The server apologized and was nice about it, but I will still never come back due to the inaccurate menu descriptions and bad service from management.
Bland and Just Ew. Stopped on a Friday night at 8. Place was empty – for good reason. First, the plastic cups need an upgrade. They look foggy and unwashed. I ordered the seafood upon, and it was terrible. It tasted like they put everything in a pot and boiled it for a week. Manager took of 30%. . Nice gesture but doesn’t make me want to ever go back.
Good experience. We were there on a weeknight with several company execs, they served a chefs specialty sushi,not sure what it was called but it consisted of tuna , rice and roe wrapped in a red fish with a sauce over it. Best sushi I’ve ever tasted.Service was ok.
Very good selection of sushi. Went to try out and see how their sushi was, and ended up getting about five different kinds. Very tasty! The only downside is that their service is very slow, but the food is worth the wait.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Service was even worse than terrible. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time; it took 10 minutes to get our drinks. 40 minutes to get our salads. And the best part…and hour and 15 mins for our SUSHI (that they brought out separately. 2 of us were almost done eating before our friends got their sushi). I’ve never asked to speak to a manager before, and tonight, I did. He was not personable at all and did nothing about our long wait/horrible service. Their food is amazing, but I will not be back after this. Also, this just topped it off….the table next to us got the wrong food given to them not only once but TWICE! What a joke!
Love this place! Get Adi to cook for you, you won’t be disappointed!
