Best in the LV. This is the benchmark for fine dining in the Lehigh Valley. Long before Apollo Grill there was Diane’s Catering, which began the tradition over 20 years ago. We’ve never had a bad meal or experience! You simply can’t go wrong with the owners of this great restaurant.
It doesn’t get better than this!. I live in Providence, RI and trust me, we have great restaurants here but nothing quite like The Apollo Grill. For the past eight years I have been coming to this place and I have never been disappointed!!! They are consistently great, not good, at what they do. The menu is extensive and yet they are able to execute each dish with the finest of ingredients’ and to perfection. Diane, who co owns the restaurant with her husband, is grace under pressure. Michelle, who has been our waitress all but once, even remembers my food allergies and the wine I had the last time I was there. They make you feel special. This place rocks my soul. I actually believe that if my niece and her family ever move from this area I would still come back to the Apollo Grill…it’s just that good.
Best in Bethlehem. I don’t know how this place ended up in Bethlehem, but the food they’re cranking out would have people lined up around the block in any major city. The mac and cheese with orzo and crab is unlike anything I’ve ever had. The chicken and ravioli dish is excellent. The folks running this kitchen know EXACTLY what they’re doing. Whoever is leaving bad reviews for this joint is used to the normal crap food they’re serving at the local Applebee’s. Ignore them – you want to go to this restaurant.

You don’t take discover? It’s 2013. Jesus Christ.21 Sep, 2012Great Place. Apollo Grill is absolutely recommended for anyone visiting the Bethlehem area. The food selection is vast, but not so much that is is overbearing and confusing. I’ve never been disappointing with anything I have ordered. I think the most noteworthy attribute of Apollo is the service – the great attitudes and attention to detail really create a memorable experience.
Wonderful food and excellent service. This place is fantastic and a must visit for anyone in the area.
Food less than average. Filet dry, below average quality meat. Soups were good. Veal medallions also dry. We woul not return
