What having Sushi is all about!!!. I have been a patron of this wonderful sushi restaurant for over 3 years. Today I decided to have something I never had before, The pork katsu bento box. The fried pork was placed on top of a bed of cabbage that had a nice dressing. The steamed rice was perfectly cooked. The California roll was great and had a wonderful sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds. I also ordered the Sashimi lunch as a appetizer.The white tuna was off the charts good. The portion sizes were respectable but not over sized. A perfect size to savor the taste of the fish. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food or service. I specially love the fact that this beautiful little restaurant is purely sushi and not a combo hibachi. I can not stand to hear the clanging and hooping and ruckus of a hibachi. When I go to enjoy a great sushi meal I want peace and quiet to relax and enjoy the beauty of the meal. I go to this kind of sushi restaurant not to just feed my body but to feed my soul with the wonderfully prepared food and respectful service. When I am in the area I always make a point to have at least one meal here. Worth every penny and more.. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible Service. I have been to asian bistro several times and the sushi and food is fine, but it is definitely NOT worth the wait. The service is terrible; it took about two and a half hours to serve dinner for 3 people, which is absolutely unacceptable. When confronted, the manager was very unfriendly and did not seem to care. Do NOT eat here if it’s crowded or if you plan on having a party of more than five people (even with reservations). I do not plan on eating at Asian Bistro again.
Very pricey even for lunch specials. Not that great
