Nice Brunch. We stopped for brunch, and tried the fixed price menu which included a coffee or tea, a complimentary mimosa, a starter and an entree. The food was simple, but good, utilizing quality ingredients. Their breads are all baked in-house and are delicious. The place is a little on the pricey side, so don’t expect diner prices. But you get what you pay for.

Food is great, portions are a little small but love the home cooked taste and feel of the place!

Yum. The food here never disappoints. We’ve tried everything on the menu from salad to pancakes to salmon, and it is always delicious and fresh and beautifully prepared. What sometimes does disappoint is the service. Trying to go on any weekend day or even Friday for brunch is an exercise in futility–the place is tiny, and it takes far too long to get your food. Going in with the mindset that you may have to wait is a good idea.

The Good reviews are right. We tried this on last Friday morning. We were seated when we walked in. Quickly got our drinks and menu. The coffee is wonderful. Yes, it wasn’t busy, the service was pretty close to perfect. As others say it is a small, cozy, sort of B&B place. Homemade everything, with great homemade jam. Our omettes were very good and creative. The bad part is you must go to the counter to pay and it is lined up with homemade desserts, ready to be placed in a to-go containers. Even the owner came to our table to ask how if everything was ok. It is a little pricey, but in line with what you get. And I did have trouble finding the place, but overall, along with Billy’s, one of the best breakfast places in the valley.

Great Breakfast and Lunches. We’ve been going to Jumbars since 2009 and to this day we continue to go several times a week. The food is delicious. Everything is made from scratch, so you may have to wait a little bit, but cooking from scratch does take time whether you are in a restaurant or cooking at home. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, helpful and courteous. Atmosphere is comfy and homey. They have homemade jams/jellies, breads, cakes, pies, cookies, all so wonderfully delicious. Service is excellent!
