Yikes…. The meat sauce tastes exactly like chef boy are dee….. Avoid it!10 May, 2014Nice place…. Too bad they don’t play Italian music…. And it would be nice to have a few flat screen tv’s near the bar….. That would kick it up
Nice atmosphere. Good food, not great. I would not eat here again
Great food and atmosphere but the price range listed in this app is off. It’s more expensive.
Seems like they have a lot of learning to do. They are clearly overwhelmed. You can not tell guests that you are fine dining, you have to earn it. You do not do that when you act like the guest has to earn a place at the table when most of the tables are empty. I won’t be back
Poor Hostess Attitude. Arrived around 5:00 PM looking for a table for 3. Asked if I would prefer indoors or outdoor table. I requested an indoor table and was told there would be a few minute wait. There were plenty of tables both inside and out visibly empty. Soon another hostess told us there would be at least an hour wait for a table. I asked then for an outdoor table and was then told they were reserved also. The overall attitude seemed to be arrogant in nature from the second hostess. I politely said OK and left. We drove a few minutes away and found a more than suitable replacement. In this tight economy in a service-based business that kind of attitude doesn’t work. Molinari’s is off my list permanently.
Best in the Valley. 4 of us dined on 1st Friday. No reservations needed. Waitress new every detail of every dish. pasta made on site and type tailored to the dishes. Portions were just right. One of us got a 1/2 portion and price was60% of full dish – fair. Meal was fantastic. My only complaint is that it is not BYOB, but even that was tempered by large wine list with wide price range.
Unfortunate… I was really looking forward to our dinner. The ambiance is pleasant….but that is about it. I made a reservation and still waited a half hour for a table. Then we waited for our waitress as well. There just didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency in this restaurant. The presentation of the food was nice, but the flavor was bland. Overall, everything needed salt. I want to enjoy the complexity of dishes, but thats hard to do if there isn’t any. We got a mushroom pasta in broth and the short rib. I have never had a dry short rib until this meal. Short ribs should melt in your mouth and be packed with flavor, this failed in both aspects. The mushroom dish was tasteless. You couldn’t taste the pancetta and the broth had no flavor. The only highlight was the gelato.
