This was an exceptional treat, Brick prepared an excellent lunch! I ordered the Caprese salad, presentation was perfect! Also ordered the Tuscana Paninis, grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella with spinach and pesto which was also very good. Service was excellent, the server was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely, nice dining room with outside dining available. I was impressed with the food not really expecting the fantastic lunch we were served. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was not too busy which was very nice, there was no wait to be seated. We were greeted by a smiling host that sat us immediately, everything was perfect. I recommend stopping in and enjoying the great food at this restaurant. jackieskitchn.com
I tried The Brick when it had just opened. Being from the NYC area originally, I am very particular about pizza and was excited to see a brick oven pizza place was opening in Bethlehem. We stopped in and ordered a plain pizza. The pizza was unbelievably greasy, and the taste was so so. (See photo) After a few months, a couple of friends told me that the place had improved so I stopped in for a second visit with some friends an hour and a half before a concert we had tickets for. We thought a pizza shop would be an ideal place to get a quick meal. The restaurant was reasonably full. We placed a drink order of draft beers, which took about 10 minutes to get. We all ordered simple choices — I opted for the sausage and broccoli rabe sandwich, while my companions each had small strombolis. It must have taken at least 45 minutes to get our food. The sandwich was OK, though I wish they had used real pieces of Italian sausage instead of the pre-sliced pizza-topping sausages. My companions seemed to be reasonably satisfied with their meals. All in all, the The Brick is about standard for a pizza place. Unfortunately, the service and long waits for every part of our meal would make me more hesitant to return, especially if I have somewhere I need to be.
Exceptional Italian!! Love the brick oven margarita pizza it is truly the best around. Great place to stop by after work to hang out. I come all the time for dinner it is very delicious and there’s a great beer selection
This place is awesome! The Gorgonzola salad is my fave and I also really enjoy their beer selection! He the grandma pie is also amazing and the best I’ve ever had for sure!
Great new spot. Great new place in downtown Bethlehem. The pizza is great, the service is awesome and it’s very well priced. The menu is extensive, there’s something for everyone. The dinner portions are very generous and they’re excellent. Highly recommend.
Great new place. Great service. We were asked by a manager how everything was and how we heard about them. Great pizza. Sauce is a definitely on the sweet side, but really excellent. I had a margherita pizza and the mozzarella tasted very fresh. They served two different types of bread while you wait with a marinara-type sauce. These were excellent too.
Best pizza ever!!. By far the best pizza in the Lehigh valley!! So happy real Italian food is finally in the area!
