AMAZING Mediteranean Food. Everything I tried was amazing. This place is a MUST-GO if in Bethlehem. Great food for meat-lovers or veggies, a complimentary glass of wine (yes, please!), BYOB, and free wifi for the lonely road travelers trying to eat and work such as myself. You HAVE to try the cauliflower appetizer.You won’t be disappointed by the prices either!Great service. Great food.
This restaurant is absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever eaten at. The food is excellent. If you’re in the Bethlehem area you must eat there – you WILL NOT be disappointed.
Compliments to the chef! freshly made pita chips with the babaganoush are so addictive!..I had the steak basmati and it was perfectly seasoned , of course make sure you have the walnut baklava after ….thanks to our server , Kyle who made our first visit fun..and thanks for putting up with the 4 rowdy girls! a must eat place in Bethlehem, PA…
What a wonderful experience!! Delicious food! Friendly waiter(Kyle) and great chef (Zaid)! Worth a trip to the quaint little town of Bethlehem for very yummy food!!
Avoid. My family went here after New Years, and while every other restaurant in town was packed, this place was empty. We found out why…substandard food, poor service (even with no one else to wait on but the 3 of us) & when there was a problem with the bill the owner came out & was rude to me.
Yum!. I was raised as a boy on Middle Eastern cuisine, so I can pretty picky when comparing restaurant food to my grandmother’s home cooking. I have dined at True Blue Mediterranean Restaurant a dozen times and have been very satisfied by the delicious food on their menu and the consistency of the quality and the service. The atmosphere is serene and inviting. BYOB is a nice alternative, and the belly dancing Friday special entertainment night was a real delight! I bring my friends and have had great get togethers there. I try to get there at least once a week!
