Great place!. I am a self proclaimed food critic. This place always exceeds my expectations. I am into spicy food and Charles always accommodates. His menu is extensive considering the size of his shop. We have used him for catering in the past and he is a great chef too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite or a caterer!
This is a great little place where everything is made fresh daily and to order. The owner is a chef and it shows. Great menu selection with paninis, homemade soups, salads, and the best Reuben next to NYC. It’s next to a fabulous cake shop too for dessert! A few tables inside and a few outside on the patio. What a great little find! They cater too so I guess I will be using them for my next event!
Not impressive. I work in close proximity to main street Bethlehem and frequent many eateries during lunch. I had never heard of this place and realized it was located in a back alley by a parking deck. The deli itself is essentially an over sized closet, so don’t plan on bringing colleagues with you. The menu items were a cross between Subway and Panera. I was surprised by the quality of the food. I was expecting a unique sandwich or something with a gourmet flare, but was disappointed by the boring menu and food. I don’t care for chain restaurants but I would side with Subway/Panera on food quality. Bottom line — not impressed, bad location, no seating
Catering service is great!. We have used the Catering service at Voracious for several years for our holiday party and we could not be happier! Charles is a top notch chef who is a pleasure to work with and always delivers high quality food and service!
