ZEST bar+grille is a devotion to the best in New American cuisine, with the definition of ZEST, "great enthusiasm and energy", at the core of ZEST's philosophy. ZEST is the second creation by Owner John Trapani and Chef/Owner John 'JP' Pukanecz, both longtime residents of the Lehigh Valley, who opened their first restaurant together, Grille 3501 in West End Allentown, in November 2001.
