About
We prepare all of our foods from fresh homemade or locally sourced products. Our flatbreads, and pitas are prepared from a 2 1/2 year old starter (we call it George). This naturally fermented yeast is what gives our products their distinctive texture and flavor. All of our meats are produced in house, we cure each piece with our proprietary recipes, then smoke them for hours until they reach the height of their flavor potential. Our sausages are all prepared by our, in house charcutier, who has been professionally trained in the art of fresh and smoked sausages. We only use ingredients that are fresh and natural, there are no added flavorings, colorings or chemicals.Details

The food was great, but we got there on a night where everyone seemed new. Maybe there was recent turnover or it was their first time being open on a Saturday night. I assume it will work itself out eventually, but the food was amazing.
Cozy restaurant with great atmosphere. Good food and nice drinks. Hidden gem! Great place to stop after work. Enjoy stopping there
